Priceless View of Mount Fuji from room & Impeccable Services
My family of 4 stayed for 2 nights in Dec 2022. My kids (14 & 17 yo) were super excited to experience staying in a traditional ryokan and sleeping on futons. Even though the hotel is a bit old, the facilities were all well-maintained. Our room was really clean and neat with a perfect full view of Mount Fuji which was majestic. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and speaks adequate English. I'm super impressed with how they took such good care of us and always ensuring our safety. They have complimentary shuttle services to & fro Kawaguchiko station as well as nearby attractions. We also tried their Kaiseki on the first night which was sumptuous and delectable. Take note that most eateries close at night and sight-seeing buses end by 6+ so having dinner outside would be an issue. We ended up eating cup noodles which we bought from 7-11 & Lawson near the station. The onsen on L7 was huge and comfortable with view of the lake. I did a rough check of the surrounding hotel prices and this hotel is the most affordable among all. I would strongly recommend it to anyone planning to stay overnight in Kawaguchiko. You will not regret it.

Exceptional
Nice hotel with supreme service. The staff are super nice as like a 5 star hotel, great meal in term of this price level. The hotel is not grand but very reasonable device provided and clean. Onsen is also good but staying one night simply not allowing you get enough time to enjoy two onsen onsite.

Great service with incredible view
+The view from hotel is fantastic. we can take Fujisan with the lake view from our terrace. +They have shuttle service from/to the station. +The staffs are really nice and helpful. the frontdesk gave us a lot of travel information. +and we enjoyed the Japanese meal set for dinner and breakfast. -just 1 con , there is no convenient store near by

Great Great View and very nice stuff!!!
The hotel’s view is so unbelievable, it looks like The Mountain Fuji just in front of you, you can see it anywhere in the hotel. And stuffs are all very kind, introduce me where I can go the visit and lots of information. I’m sure you’ll be satisfied either if you stay here.

Such a good deal!
The staff are really nice, the view is great, nice food and onsen. The shuttle bus service is really good as well, whenever you want a pickup at the kawaguchiko station, you can call them and they’ll pick you up in 5mins!

Great Hotel! With Amazing Mt. Fuji View
It’s a great hotel! Staff were very friendly and kind, we had a wonderful time here, really recommend with 2 meals package, traditional Japanese Stye meals was so delicious! You can also upgrade your dinner menu, just ask the front desk whats available when you check in.

Highly recommand to travellers with elderly or children. The staff are very helpful and friendly, from reception, drivers to ladies serving in the restaurant. They are very caring and polite. You would havd a great experience here.

The location is great. We can see the Fuji mountain in our room! The view is so beautiful! The hotel has free shuttle bus to transport from hotel to train station. We spent 2 nights there. The breakfast and dinner were great! The onsens were so comfortable and can see the Fuji Mountain View. The staff were very helpful and polite! Next time I will come back and visit again!

Best Fuji View and generous staff
The Fuji View from our room was so stunning. Luckily, we could see the Fuji-San in the morning after the cloudy yesterday. Our rooms provided the basic needs. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. The staff at meal room were attentive. Onsen was very comfortable. The staff at front were thoughtful. Asking us where we would go after check-out and offering to take us to the Ropeway with discount coupon for the ropeway without our request. We truly appreciated this generous thoughts. Will recommend this hotel for sure.

High quality hospitality
They offer shuttle bus upon phone calls back and forth Kawaguchiko station and the hotel. Room is spacious and Mt Fuji is viewable in good weather. Staff are all very friendly, polite, and helpful!

The front office staff was extremely helpful in providing directions and ensuring that we got to our intended place. It was a good experience to include their breakfast and dinner. View of Mount Fuji from the room is amazing

Value of Money
- Good location to view Mt. Fuji - any time free transport between railway station until 8pm - public hot bath provided. 1 at rooftop and 1 on ground floor. Shift for female and male. - tried the dinner as well. Good quality. overall deco may not be very modern. But it is a very good deal at the price.

Best Onsen hotel
Nice service, staffs are very nice and polite, the lady in reception is helpful and can speak fluent English. They provided pick-up service at the station, you may ask for help at the station’s tourist center, the staff will help you contact the hotel. Delicious dinner and breakfast. The mountain Fuji view from the room is fabulous, definitely would recommend a stay for couples and families.

Good location with nice staff and great service
Location is great with Fuji Mountain View right outside the room. Free shuttle service from/to Kawaguchiko station. Stuff is speaks good English and very patiently explains hotel facilities and near by sightseeing spots, and even pass us coupons for the spots we are visiting. Furthermore they offer us a right to the nearby convenient store as we run out of baby diapers and there’s no store near by. Nice experience in the hotel!
