very comfortable!
hi there, the staff at receptionist very helpful and friendly. the room is so cozy and comfortable. best decision to stay in this hotel with my infant. bilik sangat bersih, tiada habuk or bau hapak. breakfast pun affordable, kena dengan makanan yang ada. very recommended for those yang cari hotel selesa.

Good for family stay
I choose family deluxe room and it has big and comfortable space. But I suggest to book direct with the hotel management to get free breakfast. I was not entitled for free breakfast as book thru online. Overall, the hotel staff and facilities superb!

Family Staycation
My honest review for this hote. rm200/room and i book 2 room for my family. already make some remarks that we need connecting room, and gladly staff give us and turn out surprisingly, the rooms were soooo spacious we are so happy. we didn't take the breakfast so can't review on that. the pool also very nice told you, the staff are so kind you can have towel they prepared but first come first serve ya. kids pool is only 2ft my daughter is very happy. JUST, the park is in front of the hotel so you need to drop your kids with your wife first at the lobby then you go park. haha. quite far ya. anyway, definitely will recommend this hotel.

What I like about this hotel? -The room was spacious and I was surprised although I only booked Deluxe room. -Staff was friendly and amicable. -Bathroom was clean. -Room was comfy. -Very near to Megamall. -Free delicious breakfast. I will stay in this hotel again if I visit Kuantan again in the future.

room is spacious with balcony, bathroom also big with bathtub with seperate shower, ample parking space. swimming pool are big too, kids love it. hotel location is great, just beside a mall, easy to find food

Best hotel if you want to stay at Kuantan Pahang
Room is clean, check in & check out very fast, just opposite Berjaya Megamall Kuantan. Really startegic place. Parking also easy. Overall, recommended. 👍

Good Choice for family
The hotel is nice. Hotel lobby is nice. The room is clean and very huge. Would recommend it for those visiting with family. And definitely good value for money. Bathroom all in good and working condition. However, if hotel management can consider placing additional power sockets, that will be good as we now live in digital era where we use devices. Need a place to charge the devices. Otherwise, its a great place!

Child-friendly
We booked double single bed room. The room was very big and wide. My child enjoyed the bath tub and pool so much. The staff was also very kind and helpful. But the room didnt come with breakfast so need to pay directly at the counter for breakfast. There were so many choices for breakfast and its yummy.

Location is excellent because right in the middle of the city. Parking was easy as they have an open air parking in front of the lobby. Rooms is very big sized and the bed was comfortable. Nice place to stay.

They got spacious room, suitable for family travellers with young children like me ..the kids need space to run here and there...and ive visited most of the 5stars and 4 stars hotels in kuantan...nothing can beat GM Hotel in terms of the room size...definitely will visit again!

The room was clean & the interior room was upgrading even though the exterior building looks like the brand old hotel, but the entire room was clean & tidy
