Best location, comfortable, clean, breakfast
I chose this hotel due to reviews of good breakfast. And it doesn’t disappoint me at all. I love the nasi lemak, meehoon goreng and roti canai. The curry taste so good. So toast wo be nice and better if you added baked beans. As for the hotel, it was clean, comfortable and size is huge. Nothing to complain. Oh and free parking too. Thanks so much would definitely come again

i stayed here with my wheelchaired mom. the staff here helped to push my mom's wheelchair from reception in to the hotel room. thank you sooo much. and he refused to take tips from my mom at first. but we insisted. the breakfast was so good. and very affordable. only rm18 for variety of foods. the room is bigg.. and the view from the window was so spacious.

Clean, value for money and friendly staff
The hotel is a good place to stay at Ipoh. Is in the heart of the city and way access to for food especially. The room is just nice and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The security guard at night also helpful too. Good service. Will surely stay again.

The room is spacious, clean. Good location. Swimming pool is clean but no pool chairs. Breakfast is simple. Multilevel carparks, can access directly to room lifts. The only problem is my room have air-cond problem, but the staff helped me to change the room in the middle of the night.

secluded yet comfortable
my journey was accomplished by a good room to live for 3 days and 2 nights with warm and friendly staff, large and cosy bed (room 832) but the view was blocking by the wall, it was a disappointment but overall I love the experience

My 3D2N at this hotel are so satisfying. Staff are really helpful and friendly. I'm really satisfied with the cleanliness of my room.Walking distance to halal restaurant, 7-11, and burger stall. My friend really love their tower breakfast.. Keep up the good service 😊. Will come again to this hotel if i go to ipoh next time.

Spacious room and clean. Friendly staffs. Breakfast was ok. Pool area was not so interesting but I understand the restrictions face by the management due to the PKPP and SOP of this Covid-19. Walking distance to nearby cafes. Definitely will stay here whenever I visit my daughter at nearby University.

Very convenient and value for money
Since it was an impromptu stay, we walked in one evening and quickly booked online for a night's stay (it's definitely cheaper on Agoda and we saved RM20-30). Although the room is a bit worn out, we were happy that it was clean and very spacious. Another plus point is that they have a proper parking space and you can use the lift from parking to your unit's floor. The ramp is a bit narrow so be careful with big cars. Breakfast is on the 6th floor where the Health Centre and Pool are located. Food variety is okay as you have a selection of English breakfast and local (chapati and sambal sardine were on the menu that particular morning, a bit too oily for me though). All the staff: front desk, cleaner and waiter were really friendly, helpful and patient. So, if you want to have a quick stay or a pit stop type of stay, this is definitely a good choice.

Called the reception to assist and find my paper bag which I've misplaced at the hotel. Inside got my Ipad and other personal belonging which is very important to me. Their staff found and take a good care of my belonging until I collect it. Appreciate it a lot and surely will book this hotel on my next trip.
